A Beka Curriculum

The A Beka program is designed to teach children the Bible, the alphabet, numbers, phonics and reading, as well as to develop good classroom habits and build character. Emphasis is placed upon the mastery of fundamental academic growth, spiritual development and social adjustment of each child.

Daycare Services

kids on the playground Daycare services are available 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM to those students who are enrolled at Gardena Christian Academy. Our daycare services include afternoon activities such as supervised study hall, crafts, games, free play periods and supervised television. Daycare is also available during Christmas and Easter vacation.

Preschool

Gardena Christian Academy offers a preschool program for children ages two through five years. The preschool program consists of phonics, numbers, letters, shapes, colors and Bible.

A.C.T.S.

Gardena Christian Academy is a member of the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools. We participate in various ACTS district activities including spelling, speech, mathematics, science and yearly SATs.

Summer Camp

This ten-week day camp is available to everyone. Daily organized activities include trips to the beach, amusement and water parks, zoo and aquarium, crafts, movie days, and a talent show.

Summer School

Gardena Christian Academy offers ten week summer school program. Emphasis is placed on reading and math. This program is available to everyone.
